ARTICLE 89E: APPLICATION OF RESOLUTIONS AT THE REQUEST OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

At the request of the interested party, the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) will apply the final resolutions issued as a result of an appeal for revocation, a nullity trial or a resolution of the Ministry that enforces a decision issued by an alternative mechanism of dispute resolution, provided that the interested party is in the same legal case as the one that obtained the favorable resolution. (RLCE: Art. 117E)

The interested party must make their request within 30 days after the resolution is signed.
