ARTICLE 82: OFFERING OF EVIDENCE
Interested parties may offer all kinds of evidence (RLCE: Art. 162) (RLCE: Art. 163) (RLCE: Art. 164) (RLCE: Art. 167) except the confession of the authorities, or those that are considered contrary to public order, morality or good manners.
The Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (LCE: Art. 1) may agree, at all times, the practice, repetition or extension of any evidential diligence provided it is deemed necessary and conducive to the knowledge of the truth about the controversial facts (RLCE: Art. 171). In addition, the Ministry may carry out the procedures that it deems pertinent to provide the best information.
The Ministry will open a period of allegations after the period of offering evidence in order for the interested parties to present their conclusions. (RLCE: Art. 172)
The agreements of the Ministry by which some evidence is admitted will not be actionable in the course of the procedure.
