ARTICLE 18: FACTORS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE FOREIGN TRADE COMMISSION TO ESTABLISH MEASURES
In the cases provided for in sections I and II of Art. 15 and I to V of Art. 16 (LCE: Art. 15) (LCE: Art. 16), the evaluation carried out by the Commission (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) must be based on an economic analysis, prepared by the corresponding agency, of the costs and benefits derived from the application of the measure. This analysis may take into account, among others, the impact on the following factors: prices, employment, competitiveness of production chains, government revenues, profits of the productive sector, cost of the measure for consumers, variety and quality of supply available and market competition level.
